How can I setup Charter.net Email on my MOTOROLA XYBOARD 10.1?

We have listed both IMAP and POP3 set-up for Charter.net

To setup Charter.net as a POP3 account :

1. From the home screen, touch Apps   
2. Touch Settings 
3. Touch Accounts & Sync > Add account > Email
4. Enter your full Charter email address including domain name; Enter your Charter.net password
   
5. Touch Manual setup
   
6. Touch POP3
   
7. Enter your username (use complete email address including the @charter.net)
   
8. Enter your password
   
9. Enter POP3 server - mail.charterinternet.com
   
10. Enter Port - 110
    
11. Change Security type to - None
    
12. Touch Next
    
13. Enter SMTP server - smtp.charterinternet.com
    
14. Enter Port - 25
    
15. Change Security type to  - None
    
16. Touch Next
    
17. Customize email frequency
    
18. Touch Next
    
19. Enter a name for the account (optional)
    
20. Enter your name. This is the name will display on outgoing messages.
    
21. Touch Done
    

To setup Charter.net as an IMAP account on your device:

1. From the home screen, touch Apps   
2. Touch Settings 
3. Touch Accounts & Sync > Add account > Email
4. Enter your full Charter email address including domain name; Enter your Charter.net password
   
5. Touch Manual setup
   
6. Touch IMAP
   
7. Enter your username (use complete email address including the @charter.net)
   
8. Enter your password
   
9. Enter IMAP server - mobile.charter.net
   
10. Enter Port - 993
    
11. Change Security type to - SSL (always)
12. No IMAP path prefix
    
13. Touch Next
    
14. Enter IMAP server - mobile.charter.net
    
15. Enter Port - 587
    
16. Change Security type to  - SSL (always)
    
17. Touch Next
    
18. Customize email frequency
    
19. Touch Next
    
20. Enter a name for the account (optional)
    
21. Enter your name. This is the name will display on outgoing messages.
    
22. Touch Done
