Charging the H19txt
The first time you use the headset, you should make sure it is fully charged.
Battery Charging Status:

Red - low charge

Yellow - medium charge
-
Green - high charge
Headset will not charge:
Inspect your Charger
- Unplug the charger from the headset and the wall.
- Ensure charger is Motorola branded original accessories. It is critical to use only original Motorola parts in order to achieve maximum performance.
- Inspect the charger. Ensure it is not open, wet, crushed, bent, deformed or punctured.
