How to do a factory reset on the S10-HD headset
If you experience connection or audio problems with your headset, perform a reset and attempt to reconnect.
Note: This reset erases all pairing information stored in the headset.
To reset your headset:
Press and hold 0 and + while headset is on until the status light is steadily lit in blue. The headset has been reset. Reconnect to the device.
