How do I connect to a Bluetooth device?

If connecting to a Blue tooth device for the first time, place the device in pairing (discoverable) mode.
On most Motorola headphones and headsets, press and hold the Power/Call button for about 5 seconds until the indicator light turns on and remains steadily lit. For other Blue tooth devices, refer to the device product guide. -
On your phone, press Settings (or Office Tools > Settings) > Connections > Blue tooth > Search for Devices
Note: If this is the first time connecting to a Blue tooth device, your phone prompts you to place the device in pairing mode. Press OK. -
Select the device you want to connect to.
If prompted, enter the pass code (0000 or 1234 for Motorola Blue tooth devices) and press Confirm.
A Blue tooth indicator appears in the top status bar when you're connected.
Bluetooth Tips:

To disconnect your phone from a Blue tooth device, turn off the device.

Once you've paired your phone to a Blue tooth device, for most devices it’s easy to reconnect. Just turn on the device and you're connected.

If you have trouble reconnecting to a device you have used before, make sure your phone’s Blue tooth power is turned on. Press Blue tooth Link > Setup > Power > On.

To extend your phone’s battery life, turn off Blue tooth power when not in use. Press Blue tooth Link > Setup > Power > Off.

Place Blue tooth in the home screen for a shortcut. Press Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Home Keys.
