Using an SD card on the moto x4

Apps and app data (including photos, videos, and music files) are stored in your phone’s internal storage. Files you download from email or the Internet are stored there, too.

You can insert an SD card to instantly add portable storage to your phone for media files.

The moto x4 allows you to expand your memory by using a micro SD card. (up to 2 TB)

To insert the microSD card:

  1. Insert the tool that comes with your phone into the small hole on the card tray and pop out the tray.
