Issues deleting a phone or trying to pair to a new phone. 

If you cannot delete a phone from the Bluetooth menu or if your TK30 unit cannot be found by your phone while you are trying to pair it, you may need to reset the TK30.

First turn your ignition off on the vehicle and wait for the unit to completely turn off before turning the ignition back on.  If that doesn work, you can perform a Factory Reset by going into the Installer Menu and selecting Factory Reset.
