Is there a way for me to conserve the battery on the GPS Receiver?

To conserve battery charge, the GPS Receiver turns off if there is no Bluetooth connection for over five minutes. A change in Bluetooth connection status turns the GPS Receiver back on.

To further conserve battery charge, the GPS Receiver turns off if there is no Bluetooth connection for over 60 minutes. If you want to use it again, you will have to turn it back on using the Power button.

Note: Under normal circumstances, the GPS Receiver should get approximately ten hours of battery life from one full charge.
