Viewing available storage - MOTO X 2ND GENERATION

Whether its images, music, videos or applications we know that the most important stuff on people's phones is stored in the user memory.

Your Moto X will have several different memory options.

The 16GB version of user memory is partitioned into two bundles:

1. 11.5 GB of user memory - for applications, pictures, videos, music and stuff like that
   
2. 4.5 GB of system memory - this is for the operating system, carrier applications, pre-loaded media

To see how much device storage is available for use, perform the following steps:

1. Touch Apps
2. Touch Settings
3. Scroll down the screen, then touch  Storage
4. The available device memory displays in the Internal Storage section
