I performed a Master Reset on my device and now I can't use Motonav for Turn-By-Turn guidance. Why?
After a Master Reset on the phone, you will need to re-enter the activation code that you purchased.
If you don't have this code, don't worry because the Motoextras webportal will store this for you.
Simply go to http://www.motorola.com/motoextras/mobile , login with your user profile and select the option to activate your subscription.
Once you are prompted for the activation code, please input the code from your phone (located when selecting "activate" from the "More" menu).
Once accepted in the portal, you will not need to pay again, as the portal will remember you.
A new activation code will be presented to you in the portal, which you'll need to type in the device.
