If you are receiving a SIM Card Authorization Error please try the steps below:
- Ensure you have updated to latest software version. Click here for information on how to update the software.
- Remove and reinsert your nano SIM. Click here for more information on insert and removing the nano SIM
- Ensure that the gold contacts on your nano SIM are clean and free of dirt. You can use a dry cloth or eraser to clean the contacts.
- Power cycle your device
- If the issue is not resolved, you may have a defective card, please contact your service provider for information on how to obtain a replacement nano SIM card.
If the above suggestions do not work, try turning airplane mode off and back on again. Settings > Wireless & network > Airplane mode
