How do I make calls using my Bluetooth accessory?

Making calls on a Bluetooth accessory may vary from device to device, so you should consult your user guide for the specific steps for your product.

Here is an example of some basic headset functions, and how they are used for calling functions:

Make a voice dial call
(Primary phone)

Tap the Call button and speak the name after the tone.

Note:
This may not work for certain phones. Certain models require you to start the voice dial call directly from the phone.

Make a voice dial call
(Secondary phone)

Only available on certain models

Tap the Call button and either Volume button and speak the name after the tone.

End a call

Tap the Call button, and hear a high-to-low tone

Answer a call

Open the boom or tap the call button (if boom is already open), hear a low-to-high tone

Reject a call

Press and hold either Volume button until you hear a tone

Redial last call

Press and hold the Call button until you hear a tone

Answer a second
incoming call

Press and hold the Call button (places first call on hold), and hear a tone

Reject second
incoming call

Press and hold either Volume button until you hear a tone

Transfer a call from the
headset to the phone

Press both Volume buttons and Call button, and hear a descending tone

Mute or unmute a call

Tap both Volume buttons until you hear a tone
