Messaging issues after switching from iPhone to Moto G Play (4th Gen.)
If you experiencing issues sending or receiving messages from an iPhone, this could be because the messages are still being sent to iMessage.
To correct this problem you will need to remove the previous iPhone from iCloud.
- Open iTunes, then go to account. Once there find the the section "iTunes in the cloud" and the option in there "Manage my devices".
- Remove the iPhone from the iCloud
- Changes could take up to 24 hours
