What can I do if my phone stops recognizing my Bluetooth headset?
Delete your Bluetooth headset from your phone's device history and pair your headset to your phone again.
A. Delete the headset from phone history:
For most Motorola phones:

Press Menu.

Scroll to and select Settings.

Scroll to and select Connection.
-
Scroll to and select Bluetooth Link.

Scroll to and select Device History.
-
Scroll to and select the desired accessory.
-
Press Menu.

Scroll to and select Delete.
For MOTO Q phones:
-
Press Start.
-
Scroll to and select Bluetooth.
-
Scroll to and select Bluetooth Manager.

Scroll to and select Settings.
-
Press Menu.
-
Scroll to and select Paired Devices.
-
Scroll to the desired device.
-
Press Menu.
-
Scroll to and select Delete.
B. Pair the headset (
If you still cannot pair your headset to your phone, you can perform a Master Reset to reset your phone's settings.
